Susan Miceli
I have been a part of the Full Financial family for over 20 years, using my organizational
skills and enjoyment of a challenge to keep our transactions on track for a satisfied buyer,
seller, renter, or investor. I am not a licensed Realtor, and can therefore bring a different
perspective at times regarding marketing to, and dealing with our clients. I can understand
the confusion and trepidation that may sometimes come with buying or selling your home
when you aren’t “in the business”. I also manage the day to day running of the office
affording the rest of our team the time to schedule listing appointments, and be out in the
field doing whatever it takes to get the job done. Our team meetings are what I enjoy the
most, mainly due to the passion and excitement these Realtors and team members share
in getting the job done. It’s a time where we all come together to discuss each and every
one of our clients, and not only where we stand in the process, but also what we can do in
each individual case to ensure our clients are getting the most out of our team. We look
forward to becoming part of your next real estate experience.
Recently, my move to a lake community in South Carolina has allowed me to enjoy
warmer weather and explore a whole new area. My husband and I enjoy lake life while
being near the beach and all that the vibrant city of Charleston has to offer.
Stephanie Ronsley
I’m one of the behind-the-scenes players within the Full Financial Group. With over 35
years of admin and customer service experience, I feel my skills offer much to this
wonderful team. Having always been a part of a family-owned business, my goal is to
ensure our clients’ needs are met while also maintaining a stress free environment. I am
excited I joined the Full Financial Group Team and that I assist with the day-to-day
responsibilities so that the Team Agents are able to devote more of their time and
attention to client needs. Being part of the support for this amazing team is extremely
satisfying. From your first call to close, you have a knowledgeable team at your disposal.
In my free time it’s all about making memories with family and friends. I love visiting my
family in Germany and Croatia. I also never saw a palm tree I didn’t like and take every
opportunity I can to sit under one with a good book.
